Synopsis :
Neena (Sargun Mehta) and Ballu (Binnu Dhillon), both suffer from psychological disorders and live with families who love them but can`t deal with their behavior. Fate brings the two together and they slowly fall in love. But when Ballu goes to Neena`s house to ask for her hand in marriage, he is greeted with chaos.
